Reason: An overlooked disambiguation tag category change. I ran across this while creating a totally different (and annoyingly wordy) wiki entry.

I was going to clean these two tags up before requesting the aliases and category change, but ended up getting busy after creating the wiki page and forgot to come back to it.

Reason: 1 - Character tag that had a bunch of different characters under it. Already cleaned all except for the remaining splatoon ones I couldn't figure out.

2 - Piper can also refeer to the piper_perri_surrounded meme and pixar's short movie piper under piper_(pixar)

3 - I believe piper can also be a possible typo when typing pipe.
