The artist needs to submit a takedown in order to get put on the list.
Edit: I just noticed the journal is from 2010, so I'm not sure if they still want to get put on the list or not. Either way I went ahead and sent them a note to let them know.

He did, but wasn't added to the list. See takedown #2828.

I just got a reply back and they mentioned that. Either way they will be submitting another one as soon as they can.

Implication suggestion deleted because this isn't the place for it.
If the artist wishes to be made DNP, then they need to request it personally using our Takedown system. When such a request is processed, any necessary implications or aliases will then be added based on the private conversation with the artist directly and their exact wishes. No one else can speak for what the artists does or does not want, or how exactly they want it to be arranged though, so we don't do that through the forum or regular alias/implication suggestions. Also, our Takedown system has some safeguards in place to prevent impersonation or false claims, which is crucial because something this important needs to be handled right.
So while was a completely reasonable idea. For multiple reasons, it's much better for matters like this to go through our Takedown system, which is specifically designed for handling these type of things.
