Reason: the strapped_in_toy, strapped_in_dildo, fixed_toy, and fixed_dildo tags all fall under the same general visual description, that being a sex toy of some sort affixed to the body to prevent it either from falling out or for preventing easy removal. if you were to click on a random image in one of those tags, there is a high probability that you will find at least one of the other tags mentioned also on that picture.

Pretty sure fixed_toy is for stuff like a wall-mounted dildo, and strapped_in_toy is for toys that are attached to a character, like a reverse strapon. Though I agree that we need a less ambiguous name for both.
