I have excluded non-canon and non_canon from this BUR on the basis that they could point to something more concrete than the rest of these tags, given a clean-up and a quality wiki.

It would be better that the first 4 are alias to these:
non-still (2) -> animated
non_nude (6) -> clothed
nonpop (8) -> balloon fetish
non-fatal (14) -> safe_vore

But, I don't object either.

Not all "animated" files are animated, that only gets used for a specific type of animation. Slideshows don't imply animated, strangely enough.

Towel-only isn't necessarily "nude", but by our current definitions it's not clothed.

After reviewing inflatable's wiki, though, I'm changing the alias to nonpop→inflatable instead, since balloons, living inflatables, etc. all imply that.
