remove implication eastern_dragon (14599) -> east_asian_mythology (24748)

Reason: Part 1 of dramatically reducing the scope of the mythology tag to something actually useful. For more details, see topic #37167.

The reasons for this request are twofold:

1. It's inconsistent. western_dragon does not imply european_mythology or mythology by any other route. If this implication is to stay, this must be fixed. However, I would prefer it to be removed, because:

2. It's useless. Vanishingly few of the so-called "Eastern dragons" on this site are a reference to any mythology in particular. At most, the tag refers to a handful of design cues that most of them have in common - slender body shape and a mustache being the only two mostly-compulsory ones.

Moreover, eastern_dragon is absolutely suffocating the east_asian_mythology tag. Nearly half of the parent tag's posts comprise these images which have nothing to do with any specific mythology at all, making it very difficult to search for actual mythological references.

EDIT: The bulk update request #4292 (forum #359269) has been approved by @furrypickle.

Eastern dragon itself is come from east asian mythology, isn’t it?

Not the way we use it.

The people paint the dragon's shape with a horse's head and a snake's tail. Further, there are expressions as 'three joints' and 'nine resemblances' (of the dragon), to wit: from head to shoulder, from shoulder to breast, from breast to tail. These are the joints; as to the nine resemblances, they are the following: his antlers resemble those of a stag, his head that of a camel, his eyes those of a demon, his neck that of a snake, his belly that of a clam (shen, 蜃), his scales those of a carp, his claws those of an eagle, his soles those of a tiger, his ears those of a cow. Upon his head he has a thing like a broad eminence (a big lump), called [chimu] (尺木). If a dragon has no [chimu], he cannot ascend to the sky.

"Eastern dragon", or "noodle dragon", in the furry fandom means nothing more specific than a dragon with (usually) long whiskers and (usually) a slender body shape. No direct reference to any existing mythology is made.
