cone_cock is already aliased to it.

+1, really weird name for it that's always felt unintuitive.

Looks like this has been a long time coming (forum #132107, forum #147151 just to name a few) and I think it makes sense. One attempt in the past to differentiate them was basing it on retractability, but this isn't really something that's readily visible in a two-dimensional image when it's already fully erect. Both tags are being used in the same way and the shape is also basically the same. And "tapering" is both more popular, and also a lot more clear of a description.

So alias of cone_penis to --> tapering_penis is approved.
