Looked at a year's worth of art at FA and
artist logo looks like a stylized NWT (presumably short for Nimbus WhiteTail). Some older ones have an easier-to-read "NWT" (signature?) on them.

Looked at recent art in artist's twitter and they had same stylized logo.

I agree with nimbuswhitetail_(artist) as artist tag,
because artist has character who is tagged as nimbus_whitetail (87 posts).

2018 refsheet has "Nimbus B. Whitetail" on it, with upload title of "Nimbus Whitetail". (versions: MATURE rating OR ADULT rating )

There is a e621 account with username NimbusWhitetail which is presumably the artist's e621 account, with two uploads:

(also tagged with cirrus artist tag, but cirrus of this post is character so changed to cirrus_(xp))

They were probably juggling various tasks and forgot to include nimbuswhitetail_(artist) tag with 2nd upload.
(I've returned to a online NON-furry group-project and am seriously overwhelmed by the new interface ... so I understand if someone forgets a tag)
