Well technically I think in_bed is supposed to be for images like this:

Where the covers are pulled up over them instead of just being on top of the bed. And, as far as I can tell, this usage doesn't seem to be covered by any other tag (no pun intended). So would a cleanup and implication work better?

under_covers sounds like what it should be, kind of strange that the tag doesn't exist.

Under_covers would be a lot less ambiguous or likely to mistag, so I think that would be an improvement. I think manually moving them over might be better than trying to keep in_bed and on_bed distinct in usage. Then we can alias away in_bed to somewhere.
Would people agree with that?

That seems like a logical way to go. +1 to under_covers.

Alright, sounds like a plan. So I've cleaned up the tag in_bed and then aliased it to --> under_covers which should help clarify the usage. *knock on wood*
And then implicated under_covers to --> on_bed.
