Reason: las_lindas has well over 2k+ images to its name while the species, prime_(las_lindas) has only 400+
TWYS basically implies just that.
The e621 wiki for this species is that it's just a name that they call anthropomorphic animals
As a site that mainly deals with anthropomorphic animals there is no difference between (for example) a
"PRIME" ...mouse post #1694174 and a "REGULAR" ...mouse post #1375060 ...they'd both just be mice.
And you can compare with every character.

This is a tedious tag that adds nothing new nor helps the site. Only convolutes the tagging space with a redundant tag that is not needed. Why would anyone tag prime_(las_lindas) just because these furries are part of a webcomic when you can just TWYS which is just a regular furry animal.

That is the reason. This species tag is only good in NAME (wanting to be special) but adds nothing new and
has no barring or individuality to be a species tag or any tag. That's about it.

Weird, I could have sworn there was only one 'Prime' but it's been a long time since catching up. XD

Alternately, since prime_(las_lindas) is specifically a Las Lindas-specific vanity tag, we could alias it directly to las_lindas and be done with it.

Even if everything you said was true, this is the wrong way to fix it.

Reason: As above. In this case, Prime is just the lore-specific overall name for any anthro character in Las Lindas. They are indistinguishable from furry characters in other media and should be tagged as such.

EDIT: As per MatrixMash below, aliasing prime_(las_lindas) to anthro rather than las_lindas.

There was just one post in prime_(las_lindas) -las_lindas: post #3628736.

This post appears to feature an OC intended to exist in the las_lindas universe, but is otherwise indistinguishable from normal OCs. Therefore, I removed prime_(las_lindas) from that image, as anthro was sufficient.

Actually, this might be better than aliasing to las_lindas, since those primes are just anthros in the Las Lindas world. Opinions?

On second thought, at least one of the characters appears to actually be a humanoid (possibly Sun-Ji, Pichi, and possibly Digit) rather than anthro, so this alias wouldn't work. However, I got the second thought after I edited the above BUR (it's now edited back), hence the flip-flop.
