The tag implication #49112 talking_feral -> feral has been approved.
Reason: talking_feral = [feral + (dialogue|voice_acted)] with the speech coming specifically from the feral.

Might just be me tired, but at first glance I thought "talking_feral" was vague and could mean "an animal looking character pretending to talk like a feral", but I think that would be "petplay"
Of the 10 images in talking_feral -feral, all should be tagged with feral.
