create implication fellatio_request (350) -> oral_request (1438)
Reason: oral_request is tagged whenever a character is asking someone or something to perform oral on them. The acts of fellatio and cunnilingus both implicate oral. Thus, fellatio_request and cunnilingus_request should both implicate oral_request.
Note that fellatio_request is more complicated since the dialogue of "suck" is usually intended for fellatio, but "lick" could be meant for penis_lick, which the wiki states is separate from fellatio. However, for the purposes of tagging, I do not think this distinction should matter.
Precedent for implicating to oral_request already exists, see rimming_request.
