Reason: The evolutions of Sprigatito were leaked and it would be beneficial for people who want to blacklist generation 9 Pokémon spoilers.
On the other hand, without being confirmed, should they actually imply it at all? It could just be a convincing hoax.
I'd personally say yes for the sake of blacklisting, and we can always remove the implication if they turn out to be fakemon.
