Reason: Several "Friendship is Magic" characters are missing from the implication list (most notably half of the Student Six). There's no doubt more but this is all that came to mind.

Are these actual distinct characters/forms, or just the normal characters acting differently?

If these are different forms for the same character, they should be kept separate.

The Mean Six are clones/separate entities, so they're their own characters. And although I don't personally agree with alternate forms not implying the original characters, if those are the rules I'll fix it without debate and use the space to add two extra minor characters.
