Reason: three-letter character tags with no suffixes are.. not great.

the version with the middle name seemed too long, but if general consensus agrees i can make that the main tag.

There aren't that many posts tagged ozy, it'd probably be better to move them over manually when confirming it is that character, rather than some other "ozy" characters potentially getting caught in the update whenever this is accepted.

i did remove the two posts in ozy -ozy_and_millie. i suppose it’s possible an incorrectly tagged post could’ve gotten the copyright tag, but it seems unlikely.

I mean to go through and manually change posts tagged with ozy to ozymandias_llewellyn or whatever, and remove the update ozy -> ozymandias_llewellyn from the BUR (possibly replacing it with a disambiguation). There's no telling when this BUR will be accepted, so more people may end up tagging ozy for something other than the ozymandias_llewellyn character before then, causing those future posts to be erroneously tagged ozymandias_llewellyn because of this BUR instead.
