Topic: unimply erect_X -> X

The bulk update request #3415 is pending approval.

remove implication half-erect (33227) -> penis (1829302)
remove implication erect_nipples (60038) -> nipples (1498231)
remove implication erect_clitoris (1889) -> clitoris (138712)

Reason: Erection already intentionally does not imply penis due to tenting or erection_under_clothing scenarios. By extension of this logic, half-erect should also not imply penis. I was originally going to leave this BUR at that, but it was pointed out to me that clitorises are in a similar situation (see: erect_clitoris, clitoris_outline), and I noticed that erect_nipples is another erect_* tag (see: erect_nipples, nipples_outline), so in theory the same logic should apply to those tags.

Although he's tagged errection_under_clothing, which implies erection. Erection is supposed to be for a full erection, so shouldn't also be tagged half-erect anyway. Considering clothing is generally restrictive, I'm curious if you can actually tell the difference between erection and half-erect under clothing like that.
