mass update ember_(oc) -> ember_(blazikem)

_(oc) is very non-descriptive

i'm not 100% sure they're the owner, but they have uploaded a significant number of ember images: user:yellowhorse

EDIT: The bulk update request #3392 (forum #346952) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.

I've just manually moved them all with a tag script since they all showed the same character. The mass update is no longer necessary.
