From what I can see, those are mostly furred_dragons, or normal dragons with feathered_wings.
Some, such as post #318407, don't seem to have any feathers...?
And none of them seem fully feathered, so I'm not sure about keeping that tag. Are feathered_wings really enough to count them as a separate species?

I didn't watch the show, but I think that it's fully covered in feathers, not fur.

While it's not a big tag and the line between feathered_dragon and furred_dragon may sometimes be unclear, there are some images which this tag does seem to belong on. So I'm fine to leave it as a tag since this small group of images is unusual and would be hard to find otherwise.
I also approved both implications.
