Aliasing braids → braided_hair

Reason:

Approved the aliases for both braid and braids to --> braided_hair. While I am sure there is probably an image somewhere on the site which has something else which is braided, it doesn't seem to be findable or common. I'm also not sure it would be tagged or that anyone would want to search for it. And I'm sure if such an image did get found, we could come up with some other tag for it. Meanwhile, all of the images under these three tags are braided hair from the head, beard or horsehair tails...all if it is still braided hair. And I think braided_hair makes for a good tag to put them all under.
