Reason: Alternate spelling of "Jacob", a common name. Not including jakob and jakob_(character), there are currently eighteen tags that start with jakob, including a jakobi. Almost all of them are character tags, but there is an artist tag.

Previously, megfluff's character Jakob almost dominated this tag, but I've changed all such relevant instances to jakob_(megfluff) instead.

Also, I would've suggested an alias for this spelling to jacob_(disambiguation) instead, but that's such a common name that we're better off keeping the alternate spelling separate.

I think there only one post at e621 involving jakob_(artist) tag. (post #170343 )

And an artist named Jakob might create art appropriate for e621.
