Reason: A white-tailed kite is a type of kite.

Also, the kite_(bird) tag should imply its family, accipitrid. I will not include tags for the subfamilies because that seems like a waste of time.

Honestly, I just don't know what the standard for tagging subfamilies is.

I assumed the families were enough. But this is a BUR, so I can always edit this if needed.
