Reason: Merging the tags into one standard.

April_fools is tagged the most and april_fools_day and april_first have both been cleaned out. However, adding _day to the final tag is more descriptive to what it refers to. I chose fools' over fool's as pranksters do not generally confine their pranks to just one person in the entire world, thus the plural possessive makes more sense than the singular possessive. Besides, that's how Wikipedia parses it.

There was also a character named april_fool, but she has been moved over to april_fool_(character).
