Oral does not implicate sex, why should ambiguous_oral? A character could do it to themselves, either through flexibility, voodoo shenanigans, or portals.

I'm not sure if that's the sole reason or if we're just not counting oral as well, but it does apply that much at least. Can't imply sex from ambiguous_oral if oral itself doesn't, and it it should, oral itself implying it would handle it anyways.

at this point you are right. there is no difference between oral_masturbation and oral here. sex would actually be incorrect. I will edit this.
