change category critter (60) -> invalid

Reason: The critter tag doesn't seem to have any solid purpose, and seems to be almost randomly applied on images. The dictionary definition of critter is "living creature; an animal." which would apply to... an overwhelming majority of our posts.

Should it be aliased to invalid_tag instead? Is it's use going to need fixing/replacing it with a more appropriate tag, or is it something to just delete when seen?

There is critter_(smiling_friends).

It had a purpose until Charlie and Pim were deemed too human for absolutely no reason at all, even though they're not human and e621 has tons of images that are literally nothing but actual humans.

there's also kritter from Donkey Kong Country, which... is surprisingly empty despite there definitely being posts on here with kritters.

Still kinda mad abt this bc some of the art in that tag is now gone forever bc the artists disappeared
