Topic: [APPROVED] Tag unalias: mouth_focus -> mouth_shot

remove alias mouth_focus (0) -> mouth_shot (9157)

Reason: A mouth in focus is not necessary a mouth_shot. For a mouth_shot, the mouth has to be open, featuring the inside of it.

But a close up of a mouth is possible, if it is closed. or if it "isn't shown at an angle... where the details are clearly visible" (side_view) Often seen on model_sheets.

I wouldn't consider stuff like this a mouth_shot, but we can argue about that. The wiki would allow tagging it as such.

So in the interest of clarifying what you mean here, and comparing how shot/focus is used for other body parts:

Mouth Shot would have to be open, showing the inside of the mouth in detail, the mouth either takes up the entire screen, or the image is close-up/closely cropped, the character is only seen in portrait and their mouth takes up a lot of visual space - images like...

And Mouth Focus would be an image where the mouth is drawn in detail, or visual attention is brought to it, but unlike a shot, it doesn't have to be a head shot, and can show most or all of the character - images like:

hmmm. That's not really my thought. I would consider these mouth_shots. I would describe it like "presenting the mouth (in most cases) to the viewer". And I think it should be notably wide open. In the last two examples, the mouths are just somehow there, open and in focus. But well, like I said I wouldn't consider these mouth_shots.

No, I was agreeing with you and adding that those images are possible candidates for a mouth_focus tag if/when the unalias goes through.
