Reason: Ivalice Moogles are noticeably different than traditional moogles (I'd be okay with a different name, there's just nothing official I can find) and should have a separate tag that's easy to handle.
Searching for moogle -ivalice_moogle won't exactly work since a lot of users haven't been tagging ivalice moogles, so doing this would make it easier to find images missing either of the race-specific tags.
