I don't think we need a tag for "people who livestream". We don't have a tag for "people who sing" or "people who play video games", we don't need to tag peoples' occupation or hobby.

Agreed, though I think a distinction could be made for streamers who use a Virtual Youtuber avatar, since those can often be considered distinct from the streamer who portrays them, and a distinct type of character on their own. A lot of the examples from OP's BUR are vtubers.

Perhaps all the vtuber characters can imply a vtuber_avatar tag, or something?
