Reason:

They are like reindeer and their usage overlaps with reindeer, however I don't know if the similarity is enough to alias them. However, it should at least imply cervine for the meantime if we can't come to a conclusion on that.

I'm pretty sure caribou and reindeer are the exact same thing.

I had reconsidered when I saw there was two separate wikipedia articles written, but after looking at the taxonomy, yup, that should probably be aliased.

Alright, implication deleted and instead aliased caribou to --> reindeer (which in turn is already implicated to cervine.
