Well, I actually don’t think it makes sense to combine the different “levels” of intersex in the same tag. I don’t see why there would be any need for maleherm_penetrating_intersex when you could just have:

• maleherm_penetrating_andromorph
• intersex_penetrating_intersex
• maleherm/andromorph

That seems to cover every possible use case I can think of, and it would require far fewer tags. But having tags for every combination of a specific intersex interacting with a non-specific intersex doesn’t seem remotely useful to me. We’re not even supposed to have anything tagged intersex in the absence of a more specific gender tag. It’s nothing more than an umbrella term, really.
