There are multicolored, rainbow like, piercings. But I haven't seen it drawn yet.

I've been working on the pride_color_* tags myself, and I'd say to go for making it singular; have an example of the above user's comment as well, at post #3243489

There is the general question of whether or not it's worth keeping distinctions for whether each individual piece of jewelry used in piercings has a single color or multiple, but I personally lean towards not seeing reason for that
