Reason: I noticed we have three separate tags for vtubers. Obviously vtuber is a shorthand for virtual_youtuber. The vtuber_persona tag seems to be half a shindanmaker meme and half actual Vtubers; so I added it just in case, but it can be removed if we'd rather just clean up the tag or otherwise.

I opted for Vtuber as the final tag, as I feel that is the more recognized term. Also looking at tag changes, it seems like it's mostly been a single user changing tags (and the wiki pages) from vtuber to virtual_youtuber.

There are some other BURs to consider that stem from this, such as character -> vtuber group -> vtuber. But this would need done first.

Edit: I had looked before hand and thought I saw nothing, but it seems I missed that virtual_youtuber is already implied by the hololive tag.

You'd need another BUR to unimply hololive from virtual_youtuber. You can just attach it to this thread since admins aren't beholden to the exact order requests are posted in.

Thanks for letting me know that I could reject them myself. I went ahead with rejecting the other instead and hid its thread since this thread had my edit and Clawstripe's response already.
