Topic: [Feature] A way to save a custom Posts view of specific tags?

Posted under Site Bug Reports & Feature Requests

Hello all,

Not sure if this exists in any way, but I was looking for a way to save a custom search, or more accurately a custom posts view based on inputted tags.

I'm thinking of an interface similar to the blacklist, that would let one enter a list of tags which are separated on each line, and combined on the same line. So for example, set up like this:

artist1 species_a
artist2
species_b

Setting/activating this would give you a custom Posts page which shows all posts by arist1 that contain species_a, all posts by artist2, and all posts containing species_b, sorted by default newest to oldest.

The actual mechanism doesn't necessarily have to work exactly this way, I'm just looking for an easy way to keep up to date on specific tags in one combined view. If this already exists and I just can't find it, let me know please!

EDIT: I'm aware you can get something similar by using ~tag1 ~tag2 for an "ANY" search, I do that now and save a bookmark. I'm specifically looking for the more granular control described above and also be able to save it to my e621 account, instead of using a browser bookmark.

Updated

I think @bitWolfy's RE621 toolkit does the exact feature you are looking for (i.e., using tag subscriptions to get updates on multiple search queries).
However, I don't think they have a multi-search view function (i.e., searching for existing posts using multiple search queries in a single window).
