I don't think it needs a _(meme) suffix, it's pretty unambiguous what it's referring to. But even if it does, you'd want to alias instead of mass update, since people could still tag it without the suffix.

-1 for update without alias. I'd vote meh instead if you changed the update to an alias.

That said, shut_up_and_take_my_money already implies meme. I'm not opposed to adding the suffix, but this seems pointless.

It is highly unlikely shut_up_and_take_my_money can ever be mistaken for something not the meme and is easily recognizable as the meme. In my opinion, a _(meme) suffix is unnecessary.

I think it's already fine as it is, the _(meme) suffix is pointless to me since it's already unambiguous what it's referring to. The implication is already there on shut_up_and_take_my_money.

The alternate suggestion of using an alias instead of a mass update is still... equally pointless. If it's ambiguous it shouldn't be aliased and if it's not ambiguous it shouldn't need a suffix at all.
