remove implication double_chin (2001) -> dewlap_(anatomy) (2129)
Reason: A double chin is a roll or rolls of fat under the chin, a dewlap is loose skin hanging off of the chin/neck found on lizards and some bird species, while a rabbit dewlap is closer to a double chin, it's a distinct ring of fat, covered in thick fur, around the entire neck, outside of extremely morbidly obese characters (actually, like the example image given in the article), they're not visually similar. It doesn't make much sense to have a more common (if undertagged) humanoid feature implicate a somewhat niche animal trait?
