remove implication thong (43796) -> clothing (2463915)
create implication thong_only (1481) -> underwear_only (28698)
create implication thong_only (1481) -> thong (43796)
Reason: Since thongs are underwear, the tag already implies clothing indirectly.

The thong_only implications have also been suggested in topic #31966. And the thong implication removal has been suggested in topic #30983 (by you even) and topic #29719.
