So, I have been having this happen for almost 3 months and I can't deal with it anymore. Its getting so irritating that I need to ask about it. So here is the gist of it.

The site works fine for a while, I will scan around, find things and everything loads up fine, but when I load up a movie, if the movie is over 30 seconds long , then suddenly the site stops. Nothing loads properly after that. The vid stops downloading, pictures stop loading in properly, and I have to go and do something else for about 10-15 min for the site to work again. This is not the only site that I am having a issue with however. The other site is a lot like this, but less fur. So I am wondering if its just the particular style of site that i am suddenly having issues with, or if my net is seeing me using sites they dont approve of and throttling me or what. At my wits end here, i have even stopped using Chrome and started to use Opera, the problem has continued.

If ANYONE can give me some insight to this, id appreciate it. Thanks

If you think it is your ISP, have you tried Tor? If you think it is the site features, try disabling scripts.
How is the performance of the PC (CPU, RAM, Disk) when this happens?
I once had a problem similar to this, not saying it is the same case, but it was because of a dying HDD.
Or it could also be windows being a dick and running things in the background that slow down the PC (I am looking at you Windows Update)

I am just guessing, I don't have enough information to know what might be the problem.

Sorry I didn't really include to much info. So, my PC works just fine when this happens. NOTHING else lags. Youtube works fine. FFXIV ? Runs fine, not a lick of lag. Google? Works perfect. But E6 and the other site are the only two that do it. Click a movie, loads a bit of it, it doesn't like to fully load the video and then, it just hangs. I get a eternal loading image , or in E6's case, the vid only shows up , only the top part and the player doesn't even have a play button lol. When i try to load a image, the thing loads like i was back on Dial Up, sad thing was 56k loaded faster , and the images looked better too! I have gone as so far as to clear out my history, my cookies, and even dropped some money on CC cleaner to get all the bells and whistles just to see if I could get everything working right. Nope!

My CPU Doesn't make my computer sound like its lifting off, nothing hangs, and my performance is all 100% . So I suppose I could try Tor if you think it would help

Same problem here since November 2021.

I'm with Chrome, if I open several video tabs (webm) and start one, if I stop it while viewing and it's not finished loading, everything else on the site will start to slow down and everything that is webm video will not download anymore. I have to close the whole browser and when I come back, everything comes back ok until the same problem happens again.
