I wouldn't mind if this were an umbrella tag rather than a disambiguation tag. OTOH, it's broad enough it seems pretty useless for searching: You get generic medical/scientific settings, rubber bondage suits, feeding tubes esp. for urine, breast/penis milking, inflation, and squirting_dildo/ejaculating_dildo/squirting_sex_toy stuff, which seem to be very different fetish categories.
