change category broken (744) -> invalid

Reason: The broken tag is used inconsistently. Sometimes it's used like mind_break, sometimes it refers to a broken_bone or other injury, and sometimes it refers to a broken_object. All of those things are already covered by other tags.

It's also used for damaged animatronics/robots, which as far as I know are not covered by any other tag. Assuming injury and related tags are inapplicable to damaged animatronic/robots, we would need a new tag for them, because evidently using broken for that purpose doesn't work.

Not sure if this is standard or optional, but you should rename/alias it to broken_(disambiguation) first before changing the category to Invalid.

This is purely my opinion, but I like the idea of using disambiguations when there are multiple things that go by the same name, and invalidating the tag directly when it seems more like a “tag fragment.” For example, we’d use bow_(disambiguation) because there are several different things that are simply called a “bow.” It could be bow_(stringed_instrument), bow_(weapon), bow_(knot), or several other things. Or, any of the single character names that have been aliased to disambiguations, since there are usually countless characters with those names. This tag, however, is an adjective, which looks to me much more like a tag fragment. It’s likely to be tagged when someone is trying to type broken_arm or something, simply forgetting the underscore. It’s less a matter of “this tag has multiple homonyms, which one are you referring to?” and more a matter of “broken what? What comes after ‘broken?’”

With that being said, I would prefer to invalidate this tag directly.
