I suppose it could be argued that they're made of cinder_blocks, but I'd still qualify them as bricks there.
I don't know about this one.
In my opinion, it would be beneficial to separate structures made out of brick apart from single bricks.
But the current usage already mixed the two, unfortunately.

I’m sure we can get a tag project going for that if you like. The only issue is that I’m sure people will continue to tag brick structures with brick regardless.
I would say it's similar to how wood_wall/wood_crate do not imply wood, unless we started to tag objects with the materials they are made out of.
While on the other hand, we have wine_glass imply glass through a chain of implications (i.e., glass -> glass_container -> glass_cup -> drinking_glass -> wine_glass).
