create alias eyes_obscured (2) -> obscured_eyes (2531)

Reason: to match with the alias of closed_eyes -> eyes_closed

or should it be the other way around?

It'd be consistent, buuuut "eyes closed" has always sounded weird to me. My vote's for reversing the tags.
