I'm seeing a big amount of posts tagged with only genitals with no other specific genitalia tag, they weren't from bad cleanups either. I was pretty confused, that was when I finally realized that people were tagging it only with females that had breasts, so I'm pretty sure they were tagging genitals in relation to breasts. But if breasts were considered genitals on e621, it would be implicated right? Oh, well.. I'm just making sure. ;-;

No. Unless the breast is on some profane creature that has vaginas instead of nipples, or dicknipples or et cetera, by default a breast is not genitalia.

breasts genitals -clitoris -pussy -balls -penis -sheath -cloaca -genital_slit -pseudo-penis seems to return 19 pages of posts.. I'll try and reduce that amount

edit: looks like for some reason a lot of (especially newer) taggers are just tagging "genitals" rather than pussy, penis, etc.

I'm going through genitals -rating:e and fixing what I can, there's some that are pretty trick so I remove them by putting it on a set for now. Some are camel toes, some are leftovers from bad cleanups while others seems to be people tagging genitals for breasts.
