Ah yes, another implication without a corresponding forum thread or discussion.

Why were these two implicated to breath anyways? Isn't it possible for huffing and panting be seen through sound_effects or dialogue?
And if the argument is that for one to huff or pant, they need to be seen visibly though drawn breath clouds, was animated not considered?

Not only that, but Panting is commonly tagged when a character has their mouth open with the tongue lolling out. Not much to do with the breath tag.

But 27k is a bit much to sort through.
Maybe it could be salvaged by undoing the implications and just tag scripting everything under ~panting ~huff breath with -breath.

Would remove a lot of valid ones, but better than starting a tag like breath_cloud from scratch for visible breath.

breath_cloud should be implied to breath, not aliased. Breath_cloud is used for the cartoony "cloud" to show a character exhaling, not just any visualization of breathing.

So keeping the breath_cloud for that usage might be needed.

This, essentially, too bad votes on a BUR can't be changed or removed :\

Click on the thumb or face corresponding to your vote, and that will remove the vote.

huff seems include some images that don't involve huffing at all, but have a breath cloud... but it also includes images where there's no breath cloud, and a character is making "huff" sounds. Maybe needs some clean up...
