create alias exposed_penis (0) -> penis (1513424)

Reason: 1. Given both the lack of wiki entry and usage, it's quite literally the same purpose with a different shape which seems like a redundancy to me
2. As far as I'm aware penis should only get tagged when it's exposed regardless also making this tag redundant.

Dialogue_box and speech_bubble I'd consider two separate things.

I agree with Watsit about the dialogue boxes - the tag should be used for RPG/visual novel style dialogue boxes. There's currently a lot of things with the tag that should be speech_bubble instead.

I agree with exposed_penis - and it would match the precedent set by exposed_pussy.
