remove alias cat_bell (0) -> bell_collar (17133)

Reason: The kind of bells worn on cat collars are jingle_bells, and they're not always on a collar.
bell_collars could also instead have a cowbell.
This is meant to be followed by:
alias cat_bell -> jingle_bell
...but it has to be done in two steps

Should we keep it aliased away, or make it imply both jingle_bell and bell_collar? Maybe alias to jingle_collar and imply that.

I don't think so, nothing in "cat bell" describes a collar, it's just the bell part

How is it a cat bell and not just a bell unless a cat is wearing it, or it’s attached to a cat collar?

I see your point, I read cat_bell as "the kind of bell cats usually have on their collar", but it might not be on the collar.

Then it should probably just be a jingle_bell if it’s not attached to anything to tell what it is. Besides, the likelihood of anyone drawing a detached cat bell collar seems minuscule.

I'm talking about cat bells (aka jingle bells) on their own somewhere else, there are many examples:

It's easy for an uploader to tag those as "cat bell", even without a collar.
An uploader would tag those as "the kind of bell that is usually associated with cats, so a cat_bell" and get a wrong alias

Right. It should just be aliased to jingle_bell, then.

As far as I can tell, it's only being tagged on images of a jinglebell collar.

Yeah. I dunno. It ought to be aliased to something either way. Maybe jingle_bell is a better alias, but this current one seems to work fine too. Pretty minor issue either way.
