I made it five months ago on topic #29529 before knowing BUR was a thing, so this is an update of that request. The previous one (implication #38619) probably should be rejected first approved alongside.

This is my first time doing a BUR so let me know if I can improve this.

You need to remove that first one, since you already made that request itself it's blocking this BUR.
