I think bitWolfy's re621 can do that.
Check features, there's something here about mass download.

Emphasis on "I think", because I never used it before.

Hydrus Network will let you download every result for fav:lucaskindagay along with recording their tags, and then you can continue using it to sort images, download from other sites, etc.

I've never used one so I can't vouch for any personally, but people have made dozens of e621 downloader tools - take a look through the tools and applications forum
