Reason: all accounts named rakashama are inactive and they now use noirbutt as their name online

EDIT: The bulk update request #1142 (forum #314353) has been rejected by @unknown7dotpng.

This should be an alias, so people who try to search for or tag the old rakashama name will have it properly replaced with noirbutt.
