Reason: There are several characters named arrow, so arrow_(character) is just as ambiguous as the plain arrow tag. The arrow (disambiguation) wiki already lists all the “arrow” characters, so it makes sense to redirect people there. Not to mention, arrow_(character)_(disambiguation) is a needlessly wordy tag.
