Reason:

Stags are male deer.. currently entering stag will not add deer (which adds cervine).

Bad implication.
Should be an alias.
We don't use gender based species tags.

It's a good concern but because we don't use species-specific gender terms like "stag", aliasing them together is better. So aliasing stag to --> deer is approved.
