Acronym for Bulk Update Request, a more specialised tool for tag alias/implication suggestions with much more functions, such as suggesting to unalias/unimply tags, updating tags (i.e., moves all posts to another new tag without aliasing), and category changing (e.g., general to artist/character/copyright/species/meta/invalid, for tags with a large number of posts).

That's not how it works. If piko can refer to more than one character/artist, people will eventually try to use it for those other characters or artists, and an alias will cause those posts to be erroneously tagged with simplifypm's character. It's better to disambiguate it now before it becomes an issue, instead of waiting for it to become an issue and having to dealias/disambiguate it then with a cleanup job.
