Regarding the aliases to butt_heart :
butt_heart wiki says "A stylistic form of countershading where, with legs closed, a character's rear end resembles a heart shape."
But posts with other kind of heart ending up with butt_heart tag
(tag for some OTHER heart on butt seems to be heart_on_butt )
